Interestingly enough, Penny-Arcade made the Top 50 Websites (2008) list by Time, (with honorable mention to Achewood and PvP), as well as Gaia Online. Guess which two had the highest ratings of the top fifty websites? Your presenter may have been only reason why PA didn't get a perfect 100 score.
