It is a rainy night in Maine.
I'm visiting my parents tonight. It's raining, hard enough (and I'm tired enough) that I elected to stay over. I'll get up in the morning and drive like the wind.
My parents bought me a digital scale several years ago. It's high quality... and it's never worked for me. Never. I was too heavy for it the day they got it, and I only got bigger for a long time.
Tonight, we tried it out once more. And I learned that I have lost 147.5 lbs since the surgery. Or, roughly, my mother.
I get to take it home with me tomorrow. I'm thin enough to actually use it, now
That doesn't suck. Not even a little bit.
