Roast Pork rocks!
Jan. 10th, 2004 11:38 pmI took out the Boxer-Approved Rotisserie again tonight, this time roasting pork with a spice rub of Thyme, Garlic, Paprika, Black Pepper and Kosher Salt (not a lot of kosher salt. Just a few hints). Two hours of rotating heat, and then consumed part of it.
