...can be found at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's web site. It scares the living Hell out of me. I'm scared now that I don't know how to detect a counterfeit currency note, and as a result this guy will exile me to the Phantom Zone or tear my heart from my body.

Why isn't he using his evil powers to fight counterfeiters instead of punishing innocent people whose only crime is not recognizing fake cash. We're not designed to recognize fake things -- we've been trained by Hollywood and strip clubs!

Judging by those eyes and the floating, severed head...I think he's going to disintegrate you with a psychic ray.

Looks like the back of his head and brain have been removed to allow the background to bleed through his corneas. His head's probably mounted on a pole outside the Bureau of Engraving as a warning to us all.
