For the first time I've ever seen, the Red Cross has put out an open call for volunteers -- they'll take anyone who can give them two arms, two legs and several weeks of their life.

The Academy starts school in a week. I can't go. I can't.

But God, I wish I could. At least I'd be doing something.

I thought the Red Cross weren't allowed in (http://www.redcross.org/faq/0,1096,0_682_4524,00.html#4524). Is this just for areas other than NO, then?
