The Gossamer Commons entry for the Red Cross Telethon is up. I'm really, really proud of it. Greg blew me away, and I think the writing was all right too.

Anyway, if you haven't been following the telethon, go have a look. And if you're inclined, throw a few shekels to the Red Cross.

I'm not a huge fan of holkin's art, but that was an extremlely slick effect with the notes. Grats for both the conception and the execution. I'm immensely impressed.

I saw it and I thought it was astoundingly great. Both of you kicked so much ass with that one.

I say you should break out the biscuits and have a tasty, tasty one for yourself. Toss one over to Greg while you're at it.

VERY powerful. I'm amazed nobody else has made that particular musical connection.

Wow. Nice work.

Come to Dragon*Con sometime.

Voltaire once made a Dirge out of George Michael's "Faith" using the same musical adjustments as Trudy.

That is clearly some of your best work. Both of you.

I could practically hear the mournful tones and Trudy's indignance.

Beautiful work, both of you.

You made me sniffle and laugh at the same time! I think it came out in some sort of snort-like sound.

I think it speaks to our generation that I also thought of Katrina and the Waves when the Hurrican was rolling around (and that's a damn infectious song too.. it'd be cool to hear it done like Trudy)
