Not counting the actual recruitments I've done, we're getting submissions. They're looking good.

Well, some of them are.

I'll admit, I'm amused at those that clearly didn't read the submission guidelines, beyond getting the e-mail address. Of course, it was the first day. In a month, I might not be so... amused.

They don't need to actually be able to read to click on a link. Just distinguish the differently coloured links and click the button appropriately.

Perhaps people should start disguising their links; Color them black, remove the underline. Simply designate it as part of the sentence. "Having read the guidelines, click on the following sentence to send me an email. Click here."

Then you'd NEED to read the entire thing.

They might still guess where the link was. (It being at the end.)

It might be better if you said, "Having read the guidelines, click on the 3rd word of this very sentence to send me an email."

Then that would necessiate some understanding of the English language and whatnot.
