That assumes, of course, that the ticket tracking system has the ability to "poison" certain ticket numbers and cause an alarm when someone attempts to redeem them. And that they're willing to make the clerk who receives those tickets deal with the potentially dangerous individual as a result...
But at the very least, it will afford the chance to get their faces on camera without the ninja masks.
