So, Jeff Rowland's stated reason for rebooting WIGU-TV into the Magical Adventures in Space comic came down to the loss of readership coupled with the potential financial hit.

I guess I can understand that... but it disappoints me. I guess because part of what impressed me so much about the end of Wigu was that he felt it was done, so he was moving on. Now, MAIS isn't Wigu, so this still constitutes moving on... but somehow, the idea that he has to go back to the well to make ends meet makes me a little sad. He's said that he does these things until they stop being fun. Now I'm worried it'll carry through beyond that point, because he likes "eating" and "sleeping indoors."

Ah well, I'm still gonna read it.
