These are the twits I twitted.
  • 01:01 Mrph. How can I be this tired and incapable of sleep? #
  • 10:21 Okay, that's officially a headache. Sigh. #
  • 16:53 It never fails to surprise me how hardwired we all are to equate "I disagree with your opinion" to mean "you are BAD!" Myself included. #
  • 18:39 Every meal is an exciting adventure. Will I succeed at my "safely consume food" roll, or blow it. This time? Bad roll, marginal failure. #
  • 22:40 Green tea, dragonwell extra special ( tinyurl.com/6y69l5 ) -- a perfect evening ritual tea. #

I think "I disagree with your opinion" is the best way to say it. A lot of our words are partly why we react as if someone has said "You're bad"/"You're a bad person".

There are really two facets of this, though: the incoming (which you've addressed) and the outgoing. The outgoing version is a variant of the "No true Scotsman" fallacy: "I'm a good person; therefore good people will agree with me; therefore you're a bad person for disagreeing with me". It sounds far-fetched even as I type it, but I see it depressingly often.
